Replay Renewed Electronics is partnered with Yellowstone E-Waste Solutions whom provides the majority of the electronics that we sell in the store. Items are first dropped off at to Yellowstone E-Waste, and then a detailed inspection and repair process takes place.

The process varies between different product categories. Each individual item is inspected, and sorted into its corresponding category i.e.: Laptops, Desktops, and Tablets. After being sorted, the product begins the testing process. Our technicians go through the process of diagnosing any issues that the device may have. Once an issue is identified the technician will assess whether or not we currently have the parts on hand to repair the item. If parts are available at the time of repair, the item will be repaired and then designated for final testing and cleaning. If parts are un-available the device will be properly recycled into its base components. During the final testing procedures the technician tests as many of the components as possible to ensure a long life for the product. The product is then sent to the retail store where it is inventoried and put out for sale.
